Community Guidelines

Just Internship aims to maintain a professional, supportive, and collaborative learning environment. Whether you are interacting in chat forums, submitting peer reviews, or communicating with mentors, you are expected to follow these Community Guidelines.

1. Professionalism and Respect

Treat all students, mentors, and staff members with respect:

  • No Harassment: We have zero tolerance for hate speech, bullying, harassment, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or background.
  • Constructive Feedback: When reviewing projects or answering queries, keep your remarks constructive, professional, and encouraging.

2. Prohibited Content

Do not share or upload the following content on our community platforms:

  • Spam, advertisements, promotional offers, or links to unrelated services.
  • Explicit, offensive, or inappropriate media files.
  • Solutions to internship tasks (e.g., sharing finished code file ZIPs) in general channels. This defeats the purpose of the platform.
  • Malware, viruses, or script files designed to disrupt the platform or users.

3. Safety & Security

Help keep our community safe:

  • Do not share your phone number, billing address, or passwords in public channels.
  • Do not solicit personal information or contact details from other students for commercial purposes.
  • Report any suspicious accounts, messages, or harassment to the support team immediately.

4. Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of our Community Guidelines will result in prompt action:

  • Minor Infractions: A formal warning and removal of the offending message or content.
  • Moderate Infractions: Temporary suspension from community channels (e.g., chat block for 7 days).
  • Severe/Repeated Infractions: Permanent termination of your Just Internship account, revocation of issued certificates, and ban from future registrations, without refunds.

5. Reporting a Grievance

To report a user, message, or community incident, please email our moderation team at safety@justinternship.in or use our Support & Contact Page.
