1. User Registration and Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, including starting internships and submitting projects, you are required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the platform or your account.
- Be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent if younger) to use our platform.
2. Paid Passes and Subscriptions
We offer various paid tiers (e.g., Project Pass, Pro Pass, Unlimited Pass) to unlock specific virtual internships, project submissions, and verified certificates:
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Prices listed on the platform at the time of purchase are binding.
- One-Time Payments: Project and internship passes are typically one-time payments and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
- Taxes: Any applicable government taxes (like GST) are included or shown at checkout.
3. Refund Policy

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on Just Internship, including but not limited to text, graphics, course content, video guidelines, logo designs, and system code, are the intellectual property of Just Internship. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for personal, educational purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or resell our materials without explicit permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the code and project files you write during your internship. However, by submitting projects, you grant us a license to review, grade, and display your project code for verification purposes. For more details, see our Intellectual Property Policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using our platform, you agree not to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Submit plagiarized, stolen, or entirely AI-generated projects without understanding, in violation of our Academic Integrity Policy.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or attack the platform infrastructure.
- Share your login credentials or allow others to complete internships on your behalf.
6. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and invalidate any issued certificates, without refund, if we find you in violation of these Terms or other platform guidelines. Details can be found in our Account Suspension Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Just Internship provides its services "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the internships will guarantee employment or job offers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Internship shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
