User Agreement

User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User", "Student", "you", or "your") and Just Internship ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of our virtual internship platform, websites, and associated services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, making a payment, or accessing any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the platform.

2. License and Platform Access

Just Internship grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform and materials solely for your personal and non-commercial educational use:

  • You may not share your account or course access with any third party.
  • You may not use scripts, scrapers, or automatic tools to collect material from the site.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any internship or service without prior notice.

3. Code & Submission License

When you submit code, text, or documentation for an internship project:

  • Ownership: You retain full copyright ownership of the code you write.
  • Grant of License: You grant Just Internship a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, review, run, and evaluate your code for project grading, review, and verification.
  • Portfolio Use: You are fully authorized to showcase your completed projects on GitHub, LinkedIn, and personal portfolios to display your expertise to potential recruiters.

4. Payments and Pass Expiration

Purchases of internship passes or packages are processed securely:

  • All pass transactions are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to block access to materials if a chargeback or dispute is initiated without valid grounds.
  • Paid passes typically grant indefinite access to completed materials, but we reserve the right to limit access duration or archival terms in the future with notice.

5. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including transaction invoices, OTP codes, internship task details, evaluation results, and notifications of platform changes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

6. Modifications to the Agreement

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
